- Recipient can head to www.kidzology.com and make their purchase by using the code at the time of checkout.
- Using multiple gift cards for one purchase is allowed.
- You may use your gift card multiple times if your gift card has a remaining balance.
- You can’t use a gift card to buy another gift card.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, priority shipping charges may apply, which will be collected securely via online payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Kidzology. If something’s not right, we’re here to help with smooth exchanges and easy store credit.
1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
All our products go through a strict quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect/incomplete as per your order — we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or store credit (valid for 6 months).
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@kidzology.com
within 7 days of receiving the product. -
Mention your Order Number and attach clear photos showing the issue.
Once we receive the product and complete our internal quality assessment:

We will either dispatch a replacement at no extra cost or issue store credit, based on your preference.

For incorrect/incomplete orders, we will also bear the return shipping charges.
2. Exchange for Size or Other Reasons
We understand that sometimes a product may not fit just right, or you might wish to exchange it for another style.
To request an exchange:

Email us at support@kidzology.com
within 7 days of receiving your order. -
Mention your Order Number and your reason for exchange (e.g. size).
Please note:

The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If your new selection is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

If it’s lower in value, we’ll issue store credit valid for 6 months.

Important Notes:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality checks upon receipt.
